Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about how LuxuryAscent works, our products and the ordering process.

General Questions

How does LuxuryAscent work?

LuxuryAscent sources elite status upgrades and travel memberships through legitimate channels — including status matches, referral programmes, partner upgrades and challenges offered by loyalty programmes themselves. After you purchase, you provide your loyalty account details and our experienced team handles the upgrade process, delivering the status directly to your account.

Is this legal and safe?

Yes. All our methods are legitimate and use official channels offered by the loyalty programmes themselves. We have successfully completed over 5,000 orders for customers worldwide. For products like Wyndham Diamond, we even include a full refund guarantee if the status is not approved.

How do I place an order?

Browse our product catalogue, find the membership you want, and click "Order via WhatsApp" or "Order via Email." Our team will confirm your order, explain what details are needed (typically your loyalty account number, name and email), and guide you through the process. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp (+44 7537 1717 80) or email support@luxuryascent.com to get started.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund policies vary by product. Several products — including Wyndham Diamond and Star Alliance Gold — offer full refunds if the upgrade is not approved within the stated timeframe. Once a status has been successfully delivered to your account, orders are generally non-refundable. Please review the refund policy on each individual product page before purchasing, or contact us if you have questions.

Do I need to share my password?

Some products require temporary account access to process the upgrade — this will be clearly stated on the product page. We treat your credentials with complete confidentiality and only use them for the specific upgrade process. You are always advised to change your password after the upgrade is complete. For products like Hilton Gold Status and Wyndham Diamond, no password is required.

Hotel Status Questions

Which hotel status is best for families?

Hyatt Globalist is widely considered the best hotel status for families. It provides complimentary breakfast for up to 2 adults and 2 children, unlimited suite upgrades, waived resort fees, and guaranteed 4 PM late check-out. This alone can save families hundreds of dollars per trip. IHG Diamond and Hilton Diamond are also excellent options with complimentary breakfast benefits.

What's the difference between Hilton Gold and Diamond?

Hilton Gold (from $199/year) provides 80% bonus points, room upgrades, and continental breakfast at international properties or daily F&B credit in the US. Hilton Diamond (from $999 for 2 years) adds Executive Lounge access at all properties, 100% bonus points, and priority check-in. If you stay regularly at full-service Hilton properties, the Executive Lounge access with Diamond pays for itself quickly.

Can Hyatt Globalist really waive resort fees?

Yes. Hyatt Globalist members have resort fees waived on all award stays. On paid stays, resort fees are also waived at most properties. With resort fees often reaching $50–$100 per night at luxury resorts, this benefit alone can save Globalist members hundreds of dollars annually.

What is the Marriott Platinum Challenge?

Our Marriott Platinum Challenge ($249) gives you instant Gold status first, then upgrades you to Platinum Elite once you complete 8 paid qualifying nights within 120 days. Platinum Elite includes suite upgrades, executive lounge access, complimentary breakfast, and guaranteed 4 PM late check-out — all valid through January 2027.

How long do hotel statuses last?

Most of our hotel status products come with 2-year validity, lasting through the end of 2026 or 2027. The Hilton Gold 1-year product is valid for 365 days from activation. All validity periods are clearly stated on each product page.

Can I use these hotel statuses at any property worldwide?

Yes, hotel elite status applies across all branded properties within that chain's portfolio worldwide. For example, Hilton Diamond works at Hilton Hotels, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, Curio Collection, DoubleTree, and all other Hilton brands globally. Benefits like breakfast and lounge access apply to direct bookings through the hotel's official channels.
